I started Michelle’s program as kind of a last resort. I had been to several doctors and specialists to
address anxiety, palpitations and overall just being burnt out. I was well on my way to being another
autoimmune disease statistic and I just wanted a different approach and someone who didn’t push
my symptoms aside by saying “you’re fine”. I can’t tell you how much this program is WORTH IT. I felt
like I had a solid grasp on nutrition and holistic approaches to take care of myself and family; but
there was and is so much more to learn with Michelle’s program. I have been able to resolve all the
above issues along with unwanted facial hair, bloating/discomfort, eczema, cold hands and feet
(constantly), hair falling out, dry scalp, and sleeping through the night. I have saved an IMMENSE
amount of money on supplements with Michelle tailoring a plan to me and my needs. I can also
wake up in the morning and enjoy mornings (who ever thought that was possible?!) Being burnt out
with 3 babies, breastfeeding and a full time job shouldn’t be the norm and I am FOREVER thankful
