Our coaching Services are designed to support your wellness goals through holistic practices. By enrolling, you acknowledge:
Personal Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your own health decisions, actions, and results.
No Guarantees: While we strive to provide the best guidance possible, we make no guarantees regarding specific health outcomes or weight loss.
Payment: Payments are processed through secure third-party platforms (e.g., Practice Better, Stripe, or Affirm). You agree to provide accurate billing information.
Financing: If you choose to use Affirm or other financing options, you are entering into a separate legal agreement with that provider and are responsible for their specific terms and interest rates.
Access: Failure to complete payments may result in the immediate suspension of coaching Services and access to program materials.
Refunds: Due to the nature of digital content and personalized coaching, all payments for Services are non-refundable.
Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any session cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Forfeiture: Failure to provide 24 hours' notice, or "no-showing" for a scheduled session, will result in the forfeiture of that session without a refund.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Onehappykale, LLC and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services. Your use of the Site and reliance on any information provided is solely at your own risk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Cattaraugus County, NY.
