After many different fitness/health adventures (including nearly every Beachbody program, whole 30 and a 1/2 marathon) I'd always end up right back where I started, feeling fixated on food and frustrated I wasn't where I wanted to be. Taking the leap to work with Michelle has finally helped me understand what my body needed and how to heal my relationships with food and fitness. Michelle was so detailed in looking at my history, symptoms, and goals and was able to help me understand that my cravings weren't just a "sweet tooth", which what I had thought my whole life! Michelle actually taught me what a lifestyle change was, supported me the whole way (even when I had setbacks and resistance) while being compassionate, knowledgeable and professional.
