When I went to see Michelle I was having difficulty with hot flashes, sleeping, and balancing my glucose levels. After about a month of working with Michelle the hot flashes began to decrease and I began to become aware of what some of the triggers were. We worked on my diet to become mindful of how food made me feel. I learned what foods gave me more energy and helped me to balance my glucose levels which helped to improve my sleep. I really enjoyed working with Michelle and am grateful for the tools she has given me to continue to work on my health.
