Before starting this program I was afraid to reach out because I thought it would be very hard core meal planning and just make me much more anxious and on edge all around, but that's not what it was at all. Michelle helps you through this program giving you all the information you need to have a relaxing 3 months of "recovery" and is always there to answer ANY and ALL questions you may have. When I started in December 2023 I felt absolutely horrible every single day with bloating, horrible digestion and just zero self esteem. Although my self esteem is still not quite where I want it to be, I have built such a better relationship with food throughout this program. Eating disorders aren't easy to handle, especially by yourself. With her help I was able to mostly heal my relationship with food, balance my blood sugar and heal my digestive issues (COMPLETELY getting rid of my mid-day nap and crash). I value and prioritize protein and clean ingredients, and now feel amazing after each meal and snack. I'm seriously so thankful for everything Michelle has helped me overcome and accomplish in this program and I cannot recommend her enough to start you on your health journey.
